This dude popped up for me on YouTube. He’s a Malaysian (Chinese?) economics and finance commentator. I don’t find his analysis to be better than good American analysts, but I don’t find it worse, either, and it comes from a different angle, so if you do happen to be interested, I liked this video a lot:
